Work Smarter Not Harder
Although your interest may be weight management or body image we believe the solution to these issues involves much more than simply a new diet, medicine, or surgical intervention. It will require a complete lifestyle change that includes addressing the emotional, spiritual, and physical elements of your life. You've worked hard over the years at different programs to achieve your weight loss goals only to become disappointed in your results.
To suggest you need to work harder and be more dedicated is just wrong. Unfortuantely this is the standard approach used by many programs. We believe we need to work smarter not harder.
