Established in 2004, Health Concepts is a physician owned medical and research clinic located on the corner of Sheridan Lake Rd and Catron Blvd in Rapid City. Dedicated to providing the highest degree of primary care to the residents of Rapid City, SD and the surrounding area.
Our staff see patients of all ages, covering areas including women's health, men's health, weight loss and aging issues. We also offer a multitude of in-office procedures to help you look and feel your best. Yamuna (Muna) Baral is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in various healthcare settings. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals of all ages. A graduate of South Dakota State University, Muna values lifelong learning to maintain her skills. Living in the Black Hills with her family, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and cooking in her free time.
Denise Carcamo

Denise has over 25+ years of nursing experience. Graduating from the University of Cincinnati she recently retired from the United States Air Force after serving for 23 years.
