About Us

Established in 2004, Health Concepts is a physician owned medical clinic and urgent care located on the corner of Sheridan Lake Rd and Catron Blvd in Rapid City. Dedicated to providing the highest degree of primary care to the residents of Rapid City, SD and the surrounding area.

 

Our staff see patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, covering areas including women's health, men's health, weight loss and aging issues. We also offer a multitude of in-office procedures to help you look and feel your best. We believe health care involves whole body wellness, reduction of risk factors, accurate diagnosis and state-of-the-art treatment plans.

Dr. Richard Beasley

Internal Medicine

Dr. Beasley has been practicing internal medicine for over 20 years. Graduating from the University of South Dakota Stanford School of Medicine.

 

Special interests: Weight loss, research studies, regenerative therapy, cosmetics

Denise Carcamo

CNP

Denise has over 24 years of nursing experience. Graduating from the University of Cincinnati she recently retired from the United States Air Force after serving for 23 years.

Special Interests: Women's Health, Cosmetic Services, Hormone Replacement Therapy

Paulette Nankivel

CNP

Paulette has over 25 years of medical experience. Graduating from the University of North Dakota she had a wide variety of nursing roles prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Special Interests: Women's Health, Bio-identical Hormones, PNI injections
